I booked a packet one week back from Tikamgarh to Mumbai. It has been one week and the packet has not reached destination. The online site is not update. Customer service does not pick up phone. Spoke to Mr Sayed at Bhopal office who responded extremely rudely. I feel it is a fraud company. I regret booking the packet through this fraud company.
