I sent a bank document from jabalpur to my brother in Pune, the way these people handled the consignment was terrible and he never received his mail at all. Previously, my uncle’s passport was been delivered to a wrong address too. Seriously, this unprofessional courier service company should be shutdown by now. Pathetic service company.
