i went to the salon for hair smoothening.Before starting the treatment I categorically did mention to them that i have delicate hair and they will need to be very careful about doing any treatment and only if they are confident they should do it.
They assured that they take full responsibility of smoothening and said they will certainly give the desired result.
I would like to mention Ritu was the one who was doing my treatment , though she is sweet person and tried to do a good job but it went completely wrong and she accepted her mistake.I give full credit to her for her honesty.
End result: My hair are completely ruined. The curves in my hair are visible and the ends are burnt. The owner of the salon also agreed that it is bad job done. However her response post admitting her mistake is mentioned below:
She and her brother told me to give money for all the products used. When I denied to give the whole amount , she called me a beggar. Though eventually I did pay some amount even after the damage caused and whole day wasted.
I have to say I haven’t seen anyone as obnoxious as them .I had the most disgusting experience of my life What kind of hospitality are customers given instead of service recovery I got abused and insulted. I have been in beauty field for 20 yrs but have nvr seen such bad treatment.
If you have class and dignity I strongly recommend never visit this parlor. You definitely can be trapped and have damage too.
