Maggi is not healthy.

As I am a fitness freak, so I am very carefull of what I put in my body.Maggi is unhealthy for many reasons.


Reason. 1-It contains a lot of saturated fat which increases bad cholestrol.LDL( Low Density Lipoprotein) .Single piece of maggi contains 15 gms of fat out of which 13 gms is saturated fat which is very much.It might also contain trans fat as we don’t know at how much temp. it is being deep fried.


Reason. 2-The amount of salt it contains is 50% of daily recommendation by FDA( Foods and Drugs Association) which is 1300mg and high amount of salt again increases blood pressure.


Reason. 3-maggi is prepared using white flour which is simple carbohydrates and has no nutrients in it.No protein, omega 3, vitamins and minerals.It is a bad source of carbs. It can spike blood sugar levels and can cause diabetes.


Reason. 4-the most important one is MSG( mono sodium glutamate) .It is an addictive ingredient used for flavour which urges people to buy it again and again.Not good at all.


People doesn’t bother to learn about the ingredients while buying anything which creates diseases and are okay paying healthy amount of money to doctors.Maggi companies are making very big profit about of this non awareness among people.Learn to lead a healthy life.It’s a lifestyle. Cheers?
