I was a lover of maggi from my childhood. I didnt know about its side effects but when I knew its huge dangerous content I stayed away from it.
It contains refined flour or maida that is not good for our health. Ont only that it is also deep fried.
Dangerous amount of sodium level in a pack is close to 46% of our requirements which is a lot.
It contains high calories. It boosts bad cholesterol ( LDL) that causes heart blockage and reduce good cholesterol ( HDL) that protect from heart blockage.
It causes acidity in which so many people suffer now a days. It may contains MSG that is Ajina Moto which enhance flavour but very harmful for our health. It causes headache, weakness of arms and legs, burning sensation of mouth.
So friend pls dont eat maggi. First of all we should properly care of our health then think about taste or flavour.
