I always prefer Maggi Atta Noodles instead of regular maggi as it is more nutritious and healthy. The regular one is made up of maida so consuming that regularly will obviously be not good for your health. But consumption of Atta noodles is always a healthy decision.
Taste-wise, too it is good and quite different from regular noodles. Few small veggie slices are also present in it. You can experiment by adding lot of spices and sauces to get more yummy type.
