On 8th March, 2023, I connected with magicbricks - movers & packers vertical for shifting my household stuff from Gurgaon to Hyderabad. The entire conversation was done between Me and the Magicbricks Team(Punit - 636173xxxx & Veda - 924230xxxx) and a relocation deal was done.
On 9th March, 2023 - Suresh(860561xxxx), a vendor of magicbricks called and sent his team to pack and collect the stuff from my home in Gurgaon. The team arrived in the morning hours and all the stuff was loaded in their truck after getting it packed. The magicbricks team and Suresh(Vendor of magicbricks) confirmed that the household stuff will be dispatched from Gurgaon on 9th March, 2023 itself for Hyderabad. The delivery date in Hyderabad was promised for - 16th March, 2023. Additionally, Magicbricks team allotted a relationship manager from their side for the tracking purpose - Nagendra(990095xxxx) and later Suresh shared another vendor’s number - Vikash(977246xxxx) and said he will be taking care of the movement of the stuff from his side. However, Vikash is not at all responding to the calls or the messages.
However, on 12th March, 2023 in the late hours, I received another call from a new vendor and said that my stuff is lying at his warehouse. He said he has still not received the payment and hence, he is not sending the stuff. FYI, the booking amount - Rs.3, 000/-(Magicbricks) was paid upfront in advance on 8th March, 2023 and the next payment of Rs. 21, 000/- was paid on 10th March, 2023 via UPI on the number - 963617xxxx(Ajeet Kumar), This number was sent by Suresh(860561xxxx), the first vendor. Remaining payment had to be done during the time of delivery of the stuff in Hyderabad. Adding on, the list of the items sent by them was entirely wrong and had no actual items sent by us. Till date, I have no idea about my stuffs and I am still waiting for the items to be delivered.
