This review is an Appreciation note for Aakanksha Bhardwaj who works in the Employee Relations of Magna Info Tech.
I recently got transferred to Magna payroll and I must admit my onboarding experience with Magna was not smooth until I was introduced to Aakanksha.
Aakanksha has been exceptionally professional and helpful in sorting all minor and major issues that I am and have faced. Though she is based out of Bangalore, she is always approachable on her cell , with a soothing voice and and have relevant details related to your problem, which is a blessing, coz you reach out to your employee relation team when you have issues that needs a fix asap and upon hearing Akanksha deal with the issue with a calm and composed tone sets the whole issue in place, later her follow up via a call or sms just resolves the issue with such simplicity.
As and when I do come across any concerns, I am rest assured that I will get the best coordination and guidance from her.
In my career of 7.5 years , I have never come across an employee relations personnel with such patience and knowledge with added skills of being down to earth like this girl Aakanksha...she truly is an asset to her company and I wish her loads of best wishes for her career and I am sure she will make a name for herself in any industry she works in.
Aakanksha, you truly our my hero when it comes to all my concerns while my tenure at Magna.
