Was a quiet weekend when we decided to actually try the Thai restaurant that we so frequently pass and never been in.....**Magnolia** had been a place that would make me want to go there since I love thai and chinese cuisines....We had already reserved in advance for a table of 3. It was nice as I was seated alongside a small tiny atrium (If you cd call a glass enclosure with green shrubs that!) .
The waiter offered us water and I guess we had been for an early dinner at 7.45 so It was not crowded at all. We are strict vegetarians and found that there were still a lot of entees that we could choose. We ordered for "Fried Baby Corn" for starters and found that It came n a short while. Was not too crunchy and not too mushy and just right....Right flavouring and right taste....My 3 year old who always comments "mom spicy" also delved in to I like a cup of ice cream!
Our main course was Butter Mushroom Friend rice, Thai Fried Rice Chinese Veggies in Parsely Sauce and Cauliflower Manchurian Gravy. The butter mushroom rice was fragrant and good. Could have been better. The Thai fried rice was very very spicy. The veggies in Green parlesy sauce is an all time favourite and we loved it. So was the Caulioflower Manchurian. The pricing was also very reasonable.
**Nice place for a quiet dinner. No high chairs for kids. A small aquariam kept mine occupied for a few minutes...Helpful staff and quiet place tucked away n Koramangala**....
WILL definitely come back for MORE!!!
