I went to magnum honda for my amaze car service as there was unusual sound coming from engine while driving which was not corrected in the last service inspite of complaint they told they will rectify in the next service. With the same hope I sincerely explained to the service executive by name malathi who wasnot attentive in listening to our problem was interested more in tinkering, under surface rubber coating tyre replacement when the problem was in engine which she was least bothered and went on stressing on falthu things. The next day when we went to collect the car the problem had increased with more sound. And the mechanic was totally unaware of the problem though v had gone for test drive and our problem was shown to mechanic. There is absolute communication gap between them.and they insisted to leave the vehicle for one more day which is highly impossible for working ppl and the way these ppl work am sure even if v leave for a week also our problem will not be solved.
And she insisted to change the suspension when a laymen can understand it was purely a engine problem. They r interested in only raising the bill rather than addressing our problem.also interested in misguiding the customer by insisting on extended warranty selling roadside assistance warranty selling car motor care undersurface care bla bla bla
Never fall prey for all those
Being a authorised service station they just do oil change air filter change which can be done by any roadside car mechanic. Instead of addressing technical problem they r good at car washing(dry wash) and brain wash. For all these reasons in order to teach a lesson we with held service charges as our primary complaint was not rectified.and they wasted two hours both while leaving and collecting the car
Hope they will address other customers problem in future.
