I recently bought Honda Brio SMT from Magnum Honda (Mekhri circle). I am happy with the buy and the overall experience. The booking was done on 8th Feb and I got my car registered by 18Feb 2013. The Finance processing was very quick and friendly. I dealt with sales manager Salman who was very transparent and prompt from booking till delivery. I would recommend my friends to go for Honda Brio from the same dealer.

About the showroom and the personality of people: Its a small show room in size but the moving of cars and verity of display cars are not bad. I could see a positive environment, unity in the employees and coordination. The sales moving is also quite evident, they change the display cars very often. I couldn’t see the same car there when I visited around 3 times for my purchase. Hospitality is not bad though they don’t have display of open lounge with snacks like other show rooms.
Sales person experience: I was dealing with Salman who was very clear about the spec of the car and very confident of the quality of the car. For me it was very convincing to buy from there seeing his confidence in selling and about the Car(Honda Brio). The Finance person I was dealing with was Gopi who was very friendly and quick in processing. He was very helpful in getting the the process in no time. I could feel the whole process was very transparent and friendly.
Delivery process: I loved the delivery process, it was a very nice experience. My car was the first one to be delivered on that day, they had already arranged for the Pooja and a small photo session. By the time I completed the documentation work they presented me with the Framed photo which was just taken with the car, some sweets and the Honda calendar.
The overall Buying experience was really memorable.
