Magnum Honda(Yeshwanthapur service Centre) in Bangalore is one of the worst Car Repair & Service center.
I have given my HONDA CIVIC 8949 for service - instead of serving the car for 50000 kms. they serviced the car for 500000 kms and didnt bother changing the details in system. I did call them several times to have this updated and till today(01/08/2021) it was not updated.
Service experience: very very bad(wasted money)
Failed to fix simple issues such as:
Break Pedal Pad
Top up: AC gas
Rear break lights(right side bulb - approx 100 bucks for that bulb)
After I received the car from service - the following day - Engine bedding had gone.
overall: these guys messed up my car.
BEWARE: these CHEAP salesmen only want to up-sell parts which doesn’t need replacement at all.
FINALLY I GAVE THE CAR @ Dakshin Honda, Magrath Road
Avinash / Dominic and team identified all the errors and did a wonderful job by fixing everything.
I PERSONALLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICING YOUR CAR
