My wife and 2 small kids travelled from Jaipur to meerut VIDE TICKET NO TR5519371510- JAIPUR TO MEERUT DT 08-04-2022, pl see below points-
1) Since my wife was travelling alone at the starting of journey only my wife requested your driver and conductor to stop in night at a place where there are proper toilets and hotel is safe, despite this your bus staff stopped at 2 AM in night at small shops( Not hotel) and there were no toilets . She has to search for toilet along with 2 small kids and 1 very dirty porta cabin type toilet at back of those small shops was finally located .
2) It was highly unhygenic, unsafe and lonely place .
3) Your GPS system was not working so I couldn’t keep track of my family.
4) Your system also informed that bus will reach Meerut at 7.45 am and your staff informed ki " Madam 8 am tak phuchege meerut " till last moment.
5) Bus reached at 7 am and they suddenly told to get her done with 2 kids, just tell me how somebody who has to receive her can come on time as GPS not working of your bus and your staff telling casually incorrect time .
6) Your conductor was almost fighting with all passengers on way, highly unpolite and careless staff .
Pl tell why such behavior is being meted out to ladies passengers travelling with small, why don’t you people think of women safety .
Will never recommend anybody to travel with your bus services .
