Well, lemme try and share my views on the prepaid service of mtnl called Trump. Before I do that, I hope all of agree with one universal thought that the prime objective of having a cell phone is to be able to communicate whenever needed. And most importantly this becomes critical in cases of emergency.
I have a Trump number for last 1 year and believe me guys........it has been letting me down on more than countless number of occasions. It’s high time that MTNL realizes this and does something about setting up more cell sites to make its network stronger.
It gives issues in places like hauz khas, green park, ansal plaza, andrews ganj, lajpar nagar ... south delhi..............
Moreover, to add to this, the Trump people just have one std message that goes like: The phone you are trying to reach is switched off or not responding’’ This would come in all std cases irrespective of whether its switched off, out of balance, blocked, or for that matter does exist.
I mean how much difference would be a 10 paisa make on call rates, and whets the use of saving 100 such 10 paisas if you are not able to make up a call in emergency.
Would such 10 paisas make up for that............
This is just an effort so that someone from mtnl it and does something about it.
Believe me I have no grudges against MTNL, infact I am very much impressed by the Internet DSl service of the same.
It’s just some more effort that’s needed to stabilize it a little better.
So don’t be amazed, if you see people standing on roof tops and talking on their cell phones. They are Trump customers.
