Today i opened a fixed deposit with Mahindra Finance and money was deducted online from my bank account, however no receipt , no acknowledgement was provided. It is not right way , company must acknowledge immediately about receipt of money. I called in the morning at 8 AM as mentioned on their website about timing and came to know the customer care number is different for FD department which opens at 10 AM, these companies certainly dont understand what it means to serve customer. I contacted customer care at 10 AM and was informed we dont have any detail of your FD. Tried grievance redressel phone numbers , no response. By evening got a response from grievance redressal yo share transaction number , I have shared and have waited more than 12 hours, no response. I will keep following i get my money back from them. Wouldnt suggest anyone to go for it.
