When I was studing in polytechnic 2nd year I joined mahindra tractors as a summer trainee for 1 month. I see that condition of it’s workers is not good.they do his 100% but company was not satisfied to his work. company wants to take 200% work in same sallery.opraters conditions was so good then trainee and aprentice bessis workers.temporory workers do over time work but company was not give any extra spent him.they do his 200% in same sallery.they worked silently because they need a job.but company wants to take profit of his needness.my training exprience was so bad that time.I talk many workers but not any workers were satisfied to his work.
