My brother bought the mahindra gusto around 6 months ago for a price of 54, 500 INR which promised to deliver a mileage of 61kmpl and top speed of 80 kmph with a 110 cc engine, however the mileage is somewhere between 30-40 kmpl its speed and engine are average as compared to the other scooters of same class, but ride comfort and built quality is the area where it fails to satisfy. the shockers arent good and you can feel every bump on the road and if you ride on an uneven road its very much uncomfortable as you will hop off the seat at most of the bumps and the scooters body may also start shivering because of the fibre body, the biggest drawback of its fibre body is if it is hit by something or you met an accident you cannot repair the body because the fibre panel is broke or torn( dont gets a dent like metal body) so you will have to replace the whole panel with a new one because you arent left with any other option. so, the built quality, durability and ride comfort are the major issues and the no. of mahindras two wheeler service station is very less as compared to honda or tvs.
