Hai, I purchased mahindra powerol 25 kva genset from perfect generators and technology pvt ltd .From the very first day Amron battery which was given to us with genset is giving trouble. After complaint I was told to get the battery recharge but after recharge it is not working and we are not able to use genset.We sent email to perfect generators but we didn’t get any response. We are very sorry to say it is very poor after sales service.
