My budget is of Rs.6 lakhs /diesel and after detailed study of the available diesel cars in this budget I bought an 1.5dle model logan 2 months before and covered over 3000 km. the distance covered is mostly on highways, the inspired features of logan are
1.I can take my family to long distance with ease and comfort
2.The road grip is superb even when turning at 100 kmph
The engine smoothness is very good and the stress on the engine is very less (ie., at 2700 rpm in 5th gear the speed reaches 100 - 110 kmph)
A well placed driving seat with a good roadview.
The gear shift is amazing
Highway driving between 100 and 120 kmph gave me around 17kmpl.
*In few words a car matched for highway pleasure driving
*The weakness of the car are
A slow pickup which is quite difficult to ride in city. ( the slow pickup can be easily overcome if you accelerate hard but actually the car doesn’t seems to be tuned for fast pickup) as a matter of fact if you love your renault logan dont charge it. handle it well
The left hand side wiper seems to be not efficient in cleaning the front glass 100 % effectively

- It gave me an awesome mileage of around 19 km constituting 75% city drive and 25% highway drive and with top speed within 80 km.
