INTERIORS ARE AVERAGE,
AFTER SALE SERVICE IS POOR, PAINT ON CAR IS FAULTY(BUBBLES APPEAR ON DOOR AND BONNET WITH IN 1 YEAR OF USE),
NOTHING IS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY(YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART EVEN THE CAR IS IN WARRANTY)
. NOTHING GOOD IN THIS CAR.
dont ever think to take this car to hilly area LIKE HIMACHAL & UTTRAKHAND .

I PURCHASED MAHINDRALOGAN DLX FROM STERLING MOTOR FARIDABAD(HARYANA) ON 22-10-2007, BEARING REG.NO. HR29 S 4018, CHASSIS NO.MA1LSRF JH7ZF15702, ENGINE NO.D005552.I HAVE DONE 49000 KMS. BUT AFTER OWING THIS CAR FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT I TOOK A VERY WRONG DECISION WHILE PURCHASING LOGAN. THE CAR IS STILL 1000 KMS SHORT OF WARRANTY LIMIT OF 50000 KMS AND WE CAN GET NOTHING REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE WHENEVER THERE IS A FAULT IN ANY PART AGENCY SIMPLE SAYS ITS BECAUSE OF NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND HENCE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, PREVIOUSLY THERE WAS FAULT IN LOWER ARM FOR WHICH I HAD TO SHELL OUT AROUND 4500 RS. WHEN THERE WAS A SETTLEMENT OF 50-50 BY CUSTOMER AND AGENCY OF ONLY PART NOT LABOUR AND TAX WHICH I HAD TO BEAR EVEN AFTER CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND HAD DONE 43000 KMS AT THAT TIME, NOW AGAIN ANOTHER PART NAMEROD TORQUE(PHOTOS OF DAMAGE PART AND COPY OF BILL ATTACHED)GOT DAMAGED AND THIS TIME ALSO THE SAME EXCUSE OF AGENCY THAT ITS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND HENCE COULDNT BE REPLACED AND THIS TIME I HAD TO SHELL OUT 4200 RS. I FELT HUMILATED AND BLACKMAILED AT THE TIME WHILE I WAS DOING THE PAYMENT BECAUSE MY BUSINESS REQUIRES CAR ROUND THE CORNER AND I HAD NO OTHER OPTION. THE PARTS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE(4 TIMES EXPENSIVE AGAINST COMPETITORS)AND LABOUR TOO IS VERY HIGH. I AM GETTING A POSTER READY ON WHICH I WILL PASTE MY EXPERIENCE OF YOUR CAR AND WILL PASTE THAT POSTER ON BACK OF THE CAR AND DISPLAY YOUR CAR SPECIALITIES IN WHOLE N.C.R. MOREOVER I WILL LOAD MY BAD EXPERIENCE ON VARIOUS CAR WEBSITES WHERE WHOLE WORLD WILL KNOW YOUR CAR SPECIALITIES SO THAT NO OTHER CUSTOMER CAN GET DUPED AND PURCHASE A HORRIBLE CAR AS LOGAN. THE SUSPENSION IS TOO WEAK WHICH COLLAPSE BEFORE 50000 KMS WHER AS MY FRIEND IS OWING SWIFT DLS AND HAS DONE 150000 KMS AND THERE IS NOT A SINGLE FAULT IN SUSPENSION AND CUSTOMER HAS TO BEAR THE EXPENSE AFTER THE FAULT IS ON YOUR PART WHO PROVIDE SUBSTANDARD AND EXPENSIVE PARTS IN CAR(HOW CAN YOU IMPORT A CAR WHICH IS BUILT ACCORDING TO FRANCE ROADS AND CLIMATE WHERE AS IN INDIA ITS AN TOTAL DIFFRENT STORY OF ROADS AND CLIMATE?).MOREOVER THERE IS NOT A SINGLE PART AVAILABLE IN LOCAL MARKET. ANYWAY I HAVE TO BEAR THE FRUIT OF MY WRONG DECISION AND HAVE TO DRIVE IT TILL I CAN, 3 CHEERS TO ALL YOU PEOPLE IN MAHINDRA WHO TOOK THE DECISION TO BRING LOGAN IN INDIA.
