Some managers like Ram Kumar Vaidhyanathan, who feel they are very intelligent feels like as if he is the boss of the company was instrumental in sending off many top class intelligent resources by not giving enough opportunities and hikes for the last three years and projecting to the top management that the people are expecting more than they deserve.
Yes, those people really deserve and got what they are expecting from other companies. He is just as example since I am working in his account. But there are many who are worst than him and they are really making Satyam suffer. I strongly recommend people not to join and then make their lives miserable.
