The film primarily focuses on the famous/infamous escape of charles shobhraj from the tihar jail which is supposed to be a high security jail. It shows his daring escape when he drugged all the security guards and simply walked out of the jail.
The film is a nice attempt to recreate the sensationalism of crime during the 70’s and 80’s. The film manages to build a decent tempo but then looses steam as it turns out to be glorified tribute to the escapades of charles-the gangster.
