1)Protecting your camera from humidity is very important. In india, especially coastal areas like Chennai, it is difficult to escape the humidity and that climate is also very unsafe for your camera’s health. Humidity mainly affects the electronic part like imaging sensors of your camera. TO avoid this, you should always store your camera in a cool and a dry place. Try to keep your camera inside a ziplock bag which well protect it from external environment.
2) If you want to clean your camera then you should do it with a soft cloth made up of microfibres. You can also look for advance cleaning tools which will be very helpful if you own a DSLR camera.
3) Protecting your camera from water is also very important as water can easily damage your digital camera. If you are going out on a rainy day with your camera, it is worth investing in waterproof case for the camera. If your lens caught some water drops then you can use the microfiber cloth to clean the lens.
4) Do not overcharge the battery of your digital camera as it can cause some heating issues and damage the electronics of your device.
