Horrible customer service

As long as you buy the correct ticket online, things are fine. The troubles start when you need to contact the customer service for any date change, cancellations, or other information. They make you wait like hell for one cancellation. I had to be online for four hours. In 15 minutes, the agent would write two words and transfer to different agents 20 times. The Indian numbers were not working when called.

Horrific customer service experience..
