Very bad management, Make my trip doesn’t books hotel directly, they book through agency’s. I booked hotel in madrid, i asked to cancelled for 1 day, and they confirmed 1 day cancellation and done refund. When arrived at hotel the complete booking was cancelled and I struggled. They don’t know managing hotel booking.
