This review is about Malayala Manorma organization’s pathetic service and fearless and irresponsible customer support service.I took 1 yr subscription of Tell me why worth rupees 200 and paid through online banking.
Order No is MMP000317632, subscription id is 1523015.their website shows that subscription has been authorized and its been started from 1st of January.
But till now July I haven’t received a single copy of this magazine.i called several times customer care and almost each and every time either they were having their lunch or busy with some other important work, i wrote several mails but it look like I am writing to a stand still wall with no response till now I don’t understand when you are paid to serve your customer then what else is more important then your customer or else this is your side business so that you could collect people’s money and then run the primary business it is not about 200 rupee its about faith which I have lost in you.
I don’t give a sh*t what you have done with those 12 magazine or 200 rupee but you are fooling people, and if you don’t respond I will go consumer court , and all this fooling business will collapse.
