Malgudi Days is a fantastic book. I recommend this book for everyone who loves the rural
life .
I greatly inspired by him and following his foot steps and praying him has my guru.
The book first published in 1935, rightfully describes the pre - independence India,
with the Police Superintendent being a civil servant, and his family enjoying the cream
off the pie in small village.
So, back I went to read one of my favorite authors.
Shri RKN cannot be compered to any of the authors except that Leo Tolstoy
comes to mind in a vague way that can be considered to be a little similar.
