It is a prejudiced work.
It portrays the Hindu mentality that their leader Gandhi did not want to divide India because they wanted to dominate the Muslims. The hindus were in majority and they knew if the English left this land they would rule the Muslims.
That’s why Gandhi did not want separate home land for the Muslims of this continent. Rafiq Zakria was also the follower of Gandhi and cherished the same desire for dominating and ruling the Muslims.
