No support after sale

Sales team of Manashosting is very aggressive. Few years back I had taken service from manashosting but later I realized they are not supportive, So I left and taken service from another provider.


Then again Sales team started calling and convincing regarding their improved services. Finally I taken hosting service in September 2012.


From September to till now I am just suffering. They have many facilities but all are useless. I am not able to use their Plesk builder in Win-8, IE 10 since I have upgraded my laptop.


First of all there team members have communication gap as when I complain with technical team, they ask to complain with billing team & again billing team ask to complain technical team.


I have raised issue on 11 December 2012 regarding Plesk builder and since that day everyday they closes my complaint ticket showing screenshot that they are able to work and everyday after trying again I am writing and showing error screenshot that I am still not able to work.


While convincing their sales team they told they have a complaint cell now. I complained on that twice, but nothing happen till now.
