I had been to this place on my fiance’s birthday since he’s a die-hard soccer fan at heart. Needless to say, the name itself excites every guy into sports. It simply has the right ambiance to just grab a drink, usually a beer, and stay glued to those TV screens all around.
The drinks here are reasonably priced and the service is fairly good, if not great. Much to my surprise, they had a nice variety of non-alcoholic drinks, which was a great sigh of relief since I’m a non-drinker. My guy ordered a pint of beer and kept sipping it all through the match that was going on live that day over there.
Nevertheless, this is not really the place to go if you want to spend some quality time with that special someone as the sports bit is enough to distract any human male on earth. Also, the food isn’t that great. Choosing this place for a dine out might get disappointing as they’re better off with the starters than anything under the main course section.
Above all, its an ideal hangout for a group of college guys or men just back from work looking forward to lay their hair down. Going there with family and special ones might not be that great an idea for sure.
