This is one of those malls which is very famous for its bad services and product quality offered.
The parking of the Mangal City Mall is the biggest issue with this mall, the parking is very unsafe and with no security arrangements, as the take no security measures, any loss of vehicle isn’t their their responsibility. This is very poor from the Mall side
Also not to forget the poor services of the staff members, none of the staff members speaks politely with you, the product quality is also not impressive, the trouble you a lot for exchange and return.
The atmosphere is also very dull, you dont feel like to visit the mall unless Its something very important and have no option other than this .
This has very fewer brands associated with them.
