I went to Manipal Hospital for ACL and medial meniscus surgery. Dr. Hemant Kalyan did my surgery, the surgery went on fine and I’m on the path to recovery.
Right from admission to discharge everything went smooth, didn’t have to spend much time for admission and insurance claim process. The support staff was very helpful. The rooms and wards very clean and neatly maintained. The room was good, the nurses and ward-boys were great - component, polite and helpful.
The OT doctors were very nice, they took the fear of surgery out and made me comfortably go through the surgery. Dr Hemant and his team is great and they took proper care of the surgery and performed the surgery patiently at 5:00 PM in the evening despite of starting the day at 8:00 am in the morning.
They physiotherapists were good and motivated me to do exercises and push myself. The discharge process was smooth and quick, the final bill was less than estimated and my share was also lesser than the estimate.
Overall a good experience.
