I think this is the most unprofessional hospital in Bangalore. Please never trust them.
- Incident #1: My wife missed her scan appointment by 1 hr due to reason X. a. No one picks up phone to confirm if she will be able to be accommodated. Since this was a time based scan,
we had to still take the risk and go. b. Lady there did not send her back on arrival on the premises. After making her wait for 5 hrs( pregnant and diabetic) and with a 3 year old kid, they got a clue that she should be sent back. c. Dr on Duty developed ego issues with her
Incident #2: For my wife’s third months scan, they make bloody errors in measurement and called her again for another scan after 2 weeks - guess what "YOU HAVE WAIT HOURS AND PAY FOR MY ERRORS" - Shameless
Incident #3: Senior Eye specialist in Manipal - She is in business of making money. You go there for some issue 1. and they try to sell contact lens to you by FABRICATING other illness. Best thing is they will do sophisticated scan(free of cost) to sell you costly contact lens. I got saved from their clutches just because I have other eye specialist friend whom I contacted for 2nd opinion with their reports.
Incident #4: During my wife first pregnancy, once it happened that they had added the same scan bill twice. I went to the department to show them the issue. Doctor comes from inside as asks, "do you have a insurance?(WTF) Anyways you don’t have to pay for this so it should be ok?" - Please if you need money why don’t you ask MoneyPal directors to go and beg on roads, I am sure there are enough people who will donate money for the noble
cause.
- Incident #5: This was related to some general surgery for my wife. I am sure it would have been a simple one but they made it sound hell lot complicated.(Reason I believe so) 5 doctors gave them 5 different version about the issue and guess what you have to select one of them. Went to Manipal, because they have resources if need arises( playing safe). On top of this, operation took 1 hrs or so, but they kept us saying operation is still on, scaring siht out of us for 4 hrs. It only when I forced my self check her entry and exit in their log book that I came to know she was out of the OT long back.
