I had purchased voucher for preventive health check up, since they had offered thorough a reputed E- portal did not bother to cross check the check-up offered.
Purchased a check up offer worth Rs. 5, 190.00 for Rs. 1, 999.00 and visited the hospital 3 weeks back for the checkup. After reaching the hospital realized that the hospital has taken me for a ride. the actual price of that particular check-up was Rs. 2, 000.00. I wonder how they arrived at the amount Rs. 5, 190.00.
Never expected hospital of such repute to act like a street vendor. Also was surprised with the attitude of the staff, before me about 300 vouchers had been sold and there were two people at the billing counter and yet they pretended to be innocent on the offer.
