First the pros: Price is really good compared to a lot of other stores. That’s about it.
Cons:
Product quality: Half the bathroom tiles were of a different shape. They wouldn’t even exchange.
Broken tiles would not be exchanged even though we showed to their personnel that the tiles were damaged. We had to quarrel for a week before they sent in replacement.
The total after sales was a huge let down for us. Right from transporting material to our construction site to exchanging broken tiles to horrible quality of product.
I would warn everyone to keep away from this store.
