I go to this place frequently with my family. It is a nice place for picnic. its located at a fistance of about 50km from jammu. The view of the lake is awesome. There is also a zoo at the side of the lake. The road to here from jammu is smooth but there are some areas where it is rough but overall in my opinion it is in a good condition.
The sightseeing is awesome with luah green gardens surrounding a big lake. There are hundreds of fishes in the lake. We can also feed the fish and I enjoy this activity a lot. We can also do boating in the lake
There are few huts in which we can stay . The huts are in excellent condition. There are also a few cafe around the lake . The lake is also full of turtles and ducks which enhance its beauty . I love this place
and love to go there but the safety is a bit problem . The safety is not very good. We have to take care of our belongins. Else this place is worth seeing
