I committed the mistake of taking my gf who wanted a good weekend off and that was a huge mistake. It took a full 15 mins to park and another 30 mins to get through the traffic jam to reach. All prices were huge and so was the difference between price on menu and bill - too much of a rip off. The toilets stank with poo and some dark water [probably stp] and someone had smoked on the escalator! Speakers blared everywhere, even in reading areas and small joints and the staff was Hitler’s army. No help at all.
They either rush in gangs on customers, esp women and I had to stand cover for my gf to avoid bad behavior around billing sections, or, they simply gang up to exclude a customer from getting help. The customers just rushed against each other and trying to use the lift, I got caught with a overly talkative lift operator and my gf was too disgusted as he got curious to please her. she thought of some time of spa and hair care but seeing the prices and conditions there, she backed out. Will never visit again. Great thing we avoid malls now.
