ICE101 Defective unit/Incompetent/Pathetic Service

This has reference to MapmyIndia make car music system(ICE NAV 101), Sl. No. 227057I101 which I purchased from Mangalore. This was purchased 30/01/2016 from M/s. Parth Associates(Car Decor) at Mangalore


The set suddenly stopped working and was generating strange noises just one month after the guarantee period February 2017. It was shown to your service center at Mangalore, M/s. WEGA Electronics. They gave me back the set supposedly repaired after 40 days of follow up for which I was charged Rs. 3, 500(receipt enclosed).


Within half an hour of fixing the set again the problem re appeared and it went dead making funny noises. On re approaching the service center person made a service note Job code no. kar1291499493264 Man on 08/07/2017 and sent it to Delhi. After repeated followups the set was dispatched from Delhi after one month on 10/08/2017 .


Surprisingly within 2 days the set has again developed the same problem. I dont have the patience to go back and report this problem again to your service center and go through the same 3 months cycle of follow up to get again a product which is defective.


Is your organisation not capable of repairing this unit or are you people so unconcerned to customer complaints that you make a mockery of the after sales service which you are supposed to give.  You have a pathetic service network with no capability or  commitment to give service.


I have paid a total of Rs. 16, 000+ 3, 500 for possessing a defective car unit which is not functioning.


Please arrange for a refund of this amount and take back this junk box immediately
