DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE

How can a company be so unprofessional in supporting their customers? They do not have any coordination or sense of urgency!


a) I was sold a buggy Map My India ICE NAV 501 system with spelling errors and poor touch screen by Nissan at a price much above the online price of the system


b) No one from Nissan attended to my complaints


c) I followed up with Map My India support in Delhi for 3 days and was issued a license and send files to update my maps from 8.1 to 9.0 which I am entitled to


d) Nothing worked despite continuous calls to Delhi and twice generation of the license keys


e) Map My India refused to send a service technician to my location to upgrade the firmware and maps, even though it is a fault of their system and their map upgrades


f) I finally wasted my time, money and fuel to drive to Sion Dharavi to the service centre, where the firmware was upgraded to correct the spelling bugs, but unfortunately theirown service centre could not upgrade the maps with the license key they provided!


g) I was then suggested that the SD card be sent to Delhi by courier and they will arrange pick up and drop with the problem fixed and SD Card in my hand with maps upgraded to 9.0.


h) Two days later I call the service centre and the courier had not even picked up the SD Card yet!


i) Then I was told by their support that I will get an upgraded 9.0 maps SD Card by today and now the support is on leave, the person at the service centre is on holiday and no one is bothered about the customer!
