Very poor attitude and service. I went there for an eyebrow threading and arms wax service, both of which were completed very unsatisfactorily. I had to keep pointing out the spots on my arm where hair was left behind and only then would they try removing it.
At times, the lady would say things like, it is not possible to remove that area, when it was plain that the hair could be removed. What they would like best of all, would be to take the money and let the customer go off without any service undertaken.
