Siddharth Malohtra, Rakul Preet, Tara sutria and Ritesh Deshmukh starrer Marjavaan pays tribute to 80s and 90s cinema.Where Villan accompanied with his goons comes to threaten the people of the society, This kind of film was made in time in the 80s when Action stars Dharmji, Amitabh bachchan and Sunny deol were Heroes of the film.
But Now after evolution of the mutliplex era these kinda of films are rarely made.So it is good experience to watch and relive 80s and 90s cinema.Milap zaveri tries too hard to bring back the same larger than life cinema in Marjaavan.
Siddharth Malhotra as Raghu is only saving grace of the film.Rakul Preet Singh is good in supporting role of Zoya Tara sutria needs to learn acting.Ritesh again does his usual overacting as Dwarf don Vishnu.Though his one liners are good his acting performance is a letdown in the film
Marjaavan definetly works in terms of Story, Action and Drama.But the film is letdown in terms of.acting, dialogues.
