This is the worst company.This company mention my wrong date of birth deliberately in PF.After follow up for 3 month still this company does not respond.
Disadavantage:
Paid leave even after approval.
No clear policy.
Playing football with client employees.
Worst HR Department I even seen
Treat client employee like hell.
No benefits provided.
Salary will decrease gradually .
Lay off for client resource any time
No documentation is maintained but evertime they mentioned this is policy but we dont where this thing is mentioned even I was very satisy in contractor job.
I will suggest think 10 times before joining marlabs.
