HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FLIPKART & MARQ:- NEVER BUY AGAIN
Dear Flipkart, I have never posted any negative review about any service or product that I have purchased, but your pathetic service & robotic behaviour from customer service department has forced me to write this review. I had purchased Marq Ac(OD115886143161328000), & it was installed in a couple of days. There was no cooling at all, but your installation guy told that it will cool after some time & went. As I had one more Ac in that room I used that & called the person who came to install that there was no cooling. He told me that he would come soon & check but he never arrived. Then finally I registered a complaint on 10th October 2019. After a few days a guy came & told that there is gas leakage & that he will fix it in a day or two. He came again after 5-6 days & said that there is some issue in cooling coil & that he will come again & fix it. He came again after 5-6 days & said that it can’t be fixed & will have to be replaced. This went on till 7th November, when MARQ confirmed that it will be replaced. For doing oil all these I had to keep calling customer care several times & had to repeat the story every time. Now after 4-5 days the customer care surprisingly said that my area is non serviceable & it can’t be replaced. I was shocked since how can you deliver it & install the AC if it was non serviceable area. How can you sell it?. I called Flipkart customer care & they assured me that it will be replaced & gave me an option of refund. I gladly accepted refund as I just wanted to finish this mental harassment & agony. Then after 2-3 days 2 guys came to pick up . They said that they want original box, which I didn’t have. I explained them the situation but they said that they can’t pickup. So is it my fault that you can’t repair the product, so are replacing/refunding it. I didn’t want replacement, its because your company gave me this defective product out of the box & your installation guy told that this would be ok & start working. How would know that I have to keep the original boxed. Still I bought some box from market & offered to send it to you. I have been called by 4 different customer executive from flipkart team who keep on saying that I will get some resolution in 48 hours . I all I have called MARQ customer care 13 times & flipkart customer care 11 times . Everytime I had to repeat the same story. It has been more than 4 months but still have not got a resolution. I was warned by many colleagues against purchasing from Flipkart & advised me to go for amazon. But still I didn’t as I had got a decent experience till now flipkart . I have been a loyal flipkart customer till now but this experience has totally changed by perception of flipkart. I warn all friends & colleagues who are purchasing anything from flipkart that never ever buy a costly item from flipkart which might need service, especially MARQ brand products. Because they will really make your life hell in case you need some service. Even though MARQ is a flipkart owned brand there is no coordination between them. MARQ customer care told me several times to call flipkart customer care & flipkart customer care told me call MARQ customer care. I have all the recording & mails from both the customer care to prove what I am saying. So I am giving 2 days time to you to refund my money completely or I am going to file a case in cosumer court.
