My Tree is not living , but it will give me pleasure . dream passed still gives happiness, how strange ! thishappened with me and I am not able to forget my Silver colored M800 which I purchased on my birth day June 22 -2007 and sold back on 19th March-2008 , just a matter of 8-9 months gave me lots of happiness and pleasure also lots of sorrow . This is a shadow of my dreams , one fine day it came and vanish so soon not able to forget.
After a lot of discussion, arguments, cost and dreams I booked a new M800 without AC in Bangalore dealer , I am an outsider working in Bangalore IT farm, my parents are far from here , coming one time in a year.
I did not know 4 wheeler driving and booked a car , then joined a driving school just 4 days before my car delivery . Me and my wife was waiting for the day and finally it reached and we got our car on a sunny sat day. ohh what a pleasure ..can not imagine . I too don’t know much driving just put a learning mark in my number plate and we both started.. what a beauty I was able to drive in my colony and came to road . that days I used to hold the steering very firmly and did not talk to my wife a single word alsoa bit scared . then we covered almost 40 km on the same day and had done Puza evening.
Next day morning 5 O’clock we both waked up with the dream car, by 2 hrs of driving in the morning again ..got lots of confidence and 9 am we both started a for trip , it was sun day and road was bit quite we headed towards Sivagange which is a Siva temple towards Tomkur highway around 65 km one way . I did not know the route still we headed .. It was a nice experience on the second day of driving. finally we reached home safely and started roaming the city again. I am in Bangalore since 8 yrs still feels very new to visit in my car .
I covered 4800 kms and visited Putaparthy (Satyasai Baba) asram which is 360 kms then Mysore and Sivasamudram water falls and some more places .. I used most of the time in weekends and holidays , bcz I used to go office in cab. It was a great experience to move from bike to car .
In my school days my uncle used to drive his M800 and my father always looks at and he was not able to buy , finally I brought and send the car photo to my native place and planned for them for a short visit , I could not control the time .. got chance to fly abroad.
The day I remembered it was morning me and spouse cleaned the car done a small puza in my house and haned over the key .. it was such a pathetic situation we are just looking our car vanish from our visibility . 2 -3 drops came out from eyes and next we went to Native place then after some 10 days in US.
What a beautiful experience , have all the snaps and some time we both will look at and cover our immotations with past , I was not able to show my parents the dream vehicle.
I don’t have much experience on M800 , still I can pen my review for the 8 months what I got.
It is a dream car no problem at all .. even for new driver.
I have done 3 servicing which costs 1200.00 each time, just normal oil change etc.
Driving is so smooth and lovely .
It is like a small aeroplane in highway , just dreamed.
So full economic , I used to use bike Yamaha RX135 .
City Driving I used t0 get 14 km and highway 18+ kms
Service people are very good and friendly.
Cons:
I feels some times leg pain due to small leg place .. I can not except much in my budget.
Be aware of the petrol pump .. then will run their meter without putting petrol , if u are in seat and checking the meter reading then some amount you have to loose.
My Don’t have AC so some times I felt it needed.
Tall person seating back seat not comfortable due to space.
I used to park my vehicle on the road just out side my house , so be careful and try to purchase Auto cop security and a hander lock . Handel lock will cost some 200 bucks which is good enough. cover your vehicle and sat/sun day don’t forget to clean it.
Keep going .. I am closing myself with lots of happiness with sorrow and recommending you to enjoy with the dream machine . My opinion a car may cost your pocket but there is a real beauty exists.
