But when I went for the driving license, somebody told me the ’H’ in the driving test was easier in a smaller car like the maruti. Most of the driving schools here use maruti 800.
From what I was able to see in 10 to 15 hours in a maruti 800, it is very good for running in a crowded city in dense traffic. A small family (husband, wife and one/two smallchildren) would be just the kind of people who will like a maruti 800.It is also good for single people. Even girls find it easy to drive a maruti 800. It also gives pretty good mileage
But I do not think it will be a good idea to take a full family of four adults on a long road trip in a maruti 800. The people in the back seat will most probably dislike the trip.
I think the cost is the least in India. But I think most people today opt for the Maruti Alto.
