ABOUT AGENTS
SALES/ SHOW ROOM : Fromthe pre sale, they showed a very poor response. Being market leader for Brandnew cars in sri lanka, they have orders over thenose, which they cannot cope up with. So a small customer is a big headache forthem
SERVICE :Good
WORKSHOP : Mechanicalworkshop is OK, but
Unavailability of spares ex stock. Customers have to pay for express air freight costs.Do not deliver after the repair on time.
BOD YWORKSHOP (COLLISION)
PAINTING : Yikes. Disappointing. Not up to the level of even a roadside Layman Painters you seeat any junction. Simply they just ruin my car. Above all no one to complain. Complains and Suggestions are not encouraged.
Premature, unlike other Agents, they don’t have a pain booth, not even a small electrichand polisher. Poor workman ship. You have to pay workers under hand too. Noproper place even to carry out a polishing job with adequate lights.
They painted shutter glasses too and scratched with sand papers all over. Left dust participlesand ripples on painted spots. Only tail gate of my car was painted, yet you can feel rough matt pain residue even on the bonnet.
Madea mistake by taking the car to Agents for painting, will never do it again.
ABOUT THE CAR
PROS
Good look (Thanks to Japanese design)Good ground clearance, Smooth Driving, Comfort at fast bends is non second to some Japanese cars. Good picking up for single or +1 driving. Good road grip. Good for a small family Overall a good car. Recommend to buy, if you are less than 6ft, short legs, small family or a bachelor, a lady or if you have not used a Japanese car before.
CONS
Inside space, look, seated comfort and finish is not cool as a TATA. Pulling Power drastically reduced with 4 adults.
A/C is good, but then again At 1 its too slow, at 2 its too fast and noisy, interferes with radio. Mirror view is poor, specially with left side mirror. (Fixed blind corner mirrors)
Steering wheel is too thin, it took few weeks to get used to it. (Steering wheel cover might help)
Rear cabin plastic molding was replaced with a cheap upholstery material cover. Damn profit maximizing techniniques!!!! (Cannot fix a parcel tray, cannot fix rear speakers )
When I drive with my shoes on, shoe sole touched curved inside of mud guard obstructing accelerator paddling.Poor leg space.
Dash board needs improvements
By the way, dont go for a black car like I did. It is harder than maintaining the white car I had.
After 400Km trip found fuel consumption is only 15.25 Km/Ltr.
