Few years back I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Alto car, which was considered a premium car by then. Initial few years the car was in good condition and did not cost me more on maintenance but as time passed, I noticed an irritating noise in Engine while driving.
Various new cars were launched with many more features by then like music system, Braking systems, air bags and many more, which was not in my car. The need of it was felt afterwards and yes, it seemed to me just a simple standard model.
The mileage of the car was good all the time but yes, pick up was not so good and had to race up more while driving in slant or hilly areas. If you are looking for a good family car with basic features, you can still take Alto but now in the same range various cars with many advanced features are there which would be a better option than this.
