Well, some strong points to be considered if you are deciding to buy an ALTO LXI
FuelEfficiency : 9/10, considering that in a city like mumbai you got to do three things break/honk/acclerate a little bit toooo often, andcompared to any other car its is atleast 30% more fuel efficient.
Pickup: Being a small car, and the lightest in its category, you would love to zoom it across in busy mumbai streets or on for eg. the ahmedabad highway, you need to know how to drive your baby and believe me, itserves you very well, on a cool winter morning take your alto from mumbai to say upto VAPI and zig zag across the big trucks or the bigcars, c the difference, well dont keep the ac on, you know its 796 cccar.
you can get upto speeds of 140 Km/hr, only on straight stretches, dont try it on curves, well your hands are shaking and so is the car, but that is really thrilling !!!
give the city or the lancer a run for their money, oh it hurts a lot when a small car zips them pass at 130, believe me and you have this incredible braking always at your descretion.
Power Steering : EXcellent !!!
AC : too good, chills you down very fast
Headlights: excellent, but still if you are a night crawler you need some more, maybe foglights, thats the negative area, doesn’t have space for them.
overall: I am too happy for my car, its almost 1.5 years now and still its so cute and firm, except for the space crunch (i mean, but we know its supposed to be a small car, you cant have space for the earth in there!) excellent control, top speed, more than avg fuel efficiency, goodgrip and control, smarty looks, hey what else do you need with 300K in your pockets, its worth it, get one today and lets race on mum - ahm highway !!! -
