We had booked a Alto K10 Lxi at Varun, Begumpet and total payment has been handed over on 29.12.2011 at 4pm, delivery has been promised on 30.12.2011 at 5 Pm, we have reached there on time and had to wait till 9.10pm. The final result is the vehicle is delivered in a very dirty condition, which was not washed and we refused to take it home. This kind of a treatment is being given at VARUN, begumpet showroom.
I expected somebody senior person to respond on this, but such kind of a situation was not there, seems no body is bothered for the customer.
Even for refund of Rs. 75000/-, which I had to get in exchange of my old car was made after much follow up after 15 days.
Left side mirror was not fitted while delivering the vehicle stating that it is out of stock, we have been following-up till now, which one month, now they say they have passed on high discount and cannot give the same.
VERY BAD MANAGEMENT, NOBODY BOTHERS FOR THE CUSTOMER.
