I have purchased new Alto K10. Suspension wise, easy gear shifting wise, breaks, pickup all are good. The good in the car is looks wise bit differed with Alto, pickup and good visibility. I felt that the interiors are not that much worth for what we are paying. There is no inbuilt music system which is disappointing. Even some features are better when compared with Alto, there is no need to pay Rs. 70000/- extra for what ever the features they are claiming in new K10. I suggest that don’t go with this car as you are getting more in A-Star or Estilo with 10000 to 20000 extra price. Even mudflaps, foot mats also not free with this car.
I have purchased this car for 3, 82, 000 Onroad cost Hyderabad and paid 10, 000 extra for mud flaps, food mats, full matting and remote central lock. In my observation I haven’t seen better fuel efficiency as of now but expecting some what better.
As of now I am getting 14 KMPL in City conditions with partial AC usage. I also observed that the pickup is going down in 4th gear with AC while climbing uphill type of roads like flyovers etc., which are very common in cities like Hyd and Vizag but better when compared with Alto. Talking about inner space, it is too much consusted like maruti 800 and alto. Space and comfort wise Ritz or Swift are better I felt. Any how if we are more concerned about re-sale value then we have to go for Maruti.
If our concentration is comfort then Fort Figo, Hyundai i10 are better choices. Chevrolet vehicles are coming with 3 years total maintenance cost as free but not sure.

Hi All, I has been 5 months using Alto K10 VXI. I found it is a very good car with out any issues. Only 1 drawback is When I have purchased the car, I have spent 3, 82, 000 for the car Rs 5, 000 for remote central lock, seat covers rs 4000, Music system 12, 000 all together it costed me 4, 03, 000. Surprisingly now Alto K10 VXI price is 3, 64, 000 which includes every thing i.e music system with 2 speakers, remote central lock, leather seat covers, full matting, foot mats, mud flaps what nothing. It is a good deal to grab with this price as K-Series engine is a cool and successful engine in Maruti series. As of now I am getting a milage of 16 KMPL without AC in Hyderabad traffic.
